My stay at Centre Point Plus Hotel Silom had its ups and downs. The room was spacious and equipped with convenient amenities, but the decor felt a bit dated and needed some freshening up. The location was handy, being close to shopping and the BTS station, but I faced issues with communication and service that left me somewhat disappointed.
Rooms
6.0
The room I stayed in was large, clean, and included a kitchenette, which was a nice touch for my trip. However, I noticed some wear and tear, like cracked paint and plumbing issues which detracted from the overall experience.
Service
6.0
While the staff were generally friendly and trying to help, I struggled with communication at times, especially when seeking information about tours and local attractions. It felt frustrating not to get the assistance I needed.
Location

I loved how the hotel was near Robinson Bang Rak shopping mall and close to the Saphan Taksin BTS station, which made exploring the city really easy. However, being in a congested area made it tough for taxis to find the place at times.
Dining
6.0
The dining options were decent, with a variety of Asian food offered. However, I found the lack of alcohol service during dinner somewhat limiting. Breakfast items included pastries, although they could improve their selection.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel has some key amenities, but I was let down by the gym facilities, which were mostly out of order during my stay. It's disheartening to see such a great hotel not maintaining their workout machines properly.

I had a pleasant stay at Centre Point Plus Hotel Silom with its spacious rooms and great location. The beds were quite hard, which made it a little uncomfortable for me. The access to nearby transport and shopping was very convenient, but some facilities, like the fitness room, could use improvement. Overall, it was a good experience with a few minor drawbacks. 😊

I had a decent stay at Centre Point Plus Hotel Silom, enjoying a spacious room with great kitchen facilities. However, the balcony left much to be desired and some aspects of the decor felt a bit tired. The breakfast offered a good variety, but my overall experience was a mixed bag.
Rooms

My room was huge, especially after the upgrade to a deluxe river view, which included a full-size washing machine and a fridge freezer. However, the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, and the balcony was not usable. it only had space for an air conditioning unit, which was disappointing.

Breakfast was good, offering a wide selection including local delicacies and fruits. The option of a hot egg station was a nice touch, though I felt the overall breakfast could have been more imaginative.

The pool area was nice, and while it had a saltwater system, I appreciated the overall atmosphere. Unfortunately, there weren’t enough sun loungers, which might be problematic during busier times.

The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to transportation and local markets, and I appreciated the modern amenities in my room. However, the beds were too hard for my liking, and I faced some communication issues with staff that could have been smoother.
